The firm was founded as a partnership by Theodore R. Laputka, Sr., Kenneth R. Bayless, Bartel E. Ecker and Martin D. Cohn, and was incorporated as professional corporation in 1973. Since its founding in 1953, it has directed its attention to a wide general practice. The firm now has seven active lawyers. The staff also consists of three paralegals and a support staff of seven. All lawyers participate in seminars and continuing professional education and development as well as community and civic activities, while paralegals and support staff are encouraged to attend and participate in continuing education programs. | |
